One of the more signature highlights and debuts of the 2015 Los Angeles International Auto Show is the revealing of the new, handsome 2017 Fiat 124 Spider.
It was revealed on the web earlier officially and now, we bring it to you, onto your screens, with our own picture coverage of the 124 sitting on its stage.
As a refresher, the 2017 Fiat 124 Spider starts life off as a Mazda Miata MX-5 platform. It’s then given a suave new body and interior, thanks to Fiat, as well as a new 1.4L MultiAir2 four-banger with 160hp and 184 lb-ft of twist. It also makes it the first MultiAir2 engine to be used in a rear-wheel drive platform.
The Fiat 124 Spider will be sold first as a Primo Edizione Lusso “first edition” in the United States, with normal sales of the 124 Spider commencing a little later on in 2016.
