A new spy shot of the highly-anticipated successor to the Bugatti Veyron, the Chiron, surfaced recently and thus, has given us and the world the best preview to the acclaimed hypercar yet.
We already sort of got a solid idea as to what to expect with the new Chiron visually with the Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo Concept. But that essentially showed a full-fledged motorsports version of the car for use in videogames (there is a fully-functioning prototype however). This latest pic is of another prototype, though without the intense motorsports bodywork and in a more toned-down version, more accurately portraying the production Chiron better than ever.

Not much is changed, and the Chiron’s overall shape can still be seen, with a lot of the bodywork still carrying over from the Vision Gran Turismo Concept, such as the signature C-shaped B-pillar.
As a refresher, from what we know, the new Bugatti Chiron will get a heavily reworked version of Bugatti’s 8.0L quad-turbo W16 mill, though with electric turbochargers in place of the traditional exhaust-driven snails. An output figure of around 1,500hp is expected with a top speed of around 288 MPH and a 0-60 sprint in less than 2.5 seconds.
