Report: Paul Walker’s daughter wins $10m from Roger Rodas’ estate

The already tragic death of Paul Walker led sadly to an on-going battle with his daughter and Porsche, after she filed a lawsuit against Porsche for the loss of her father.

As if the automobile community didn’t struggle enough already with the death of an early icon, his legacy is now in the process of being smeared by what seem to be pointless and frivolous lawsuits.

According to People, Paul Walker’s daughter, Meadow, was recently awarded $10.1 million from Roger Roads’ estate after Walker’s attorney admitted that Rodas’ side had taken “partial responsibility for the crash,” affecting the division of his estate.

“The amount paid by the estate of Roger Rodas into a trust for Meadow Walker only covers a fraction of what her father would have earned as an international movie star had his life not tragically been cut short,” Meadow’s attorney said in a statement to the magazine.

This is an interesting development following the recent official decision that Porsche was not responsible for the accident that killed Rodas and Paul Walker.
