So my 2001 v6 seems to have forgotten how the whole being house broken thing is supposed to work and it's leaving little puddles all over my driveway.
I took it to the dealership and they told me the rear main engine seal is probably shot and then they quoted the cost of dropping the tranny & replacing the seal + labor ect.
As a student I just wanted to make absolutely sure I'm not paying more than absolutely necessary since I keep reading about people getting it done for a quarter of the price. Does $1013.05 seem right here?
